| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨长托宁抢救有机磷农药中毒的疗效.方法:对2002年8月～2005年4月收治有机磷农药中毒患者28例.按是否使用长托宁治疗分为长托宁组14例,阿托品组14例.通过观察中间综合症发生率判断疗效.结果:长托宁组无1例发生中间综合症.阿托品组在48小时内有4例(28.6%)出现中间综合症.结论:长托宁抢救有机磷农药中毒优于阿托品. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP). Methods 28 patients with AOPP were divided into two groups, penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment groups of 14 patients and atropine treatment groups of 14 patients.The rate of intermedicate syndrome were observed to evaluate the clinical effect. Results No intermediate syndrome occur in penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment group, while 4 cases(28.6%) with intermediate syndrome in atropine treatment group in 48 hours. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride is more effictive than atropine in treating AOPP. |
