| 摘 要： | 目的观察高压氧(HBO)应用于脑损害病人治疗的疗效.方法将166例脑损害病人随机分为两组对照组80例,单纯采用常规治疗HBO组86例,在常规治疗的基础上,辅以HBO治疗.结果HBO组的总有效率为98%,治愈率为74%,而对照组的总有效率为80%,治愈率为58%,差异有显著性(x2=11.62,P＜0.01);平均治愈时间HBO组为21d,对照组为30d,差异有显著性(x2=4.01,P＜0.05).结论脑损害病人经HBO辅助治疗疗效明显提高. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the adjuvant therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on patients with brain injury. Methods The 166 patients with brain injury were randomly divided into Experimental Group consisted of 86 patients and Control Group consisted of 80 patients.The patients in the Experimental Group were treated with routine therapy combined with HBO,while those in the Control Group were only treated with routine therapy. Results The therapeutic effective rate in the Experimental Group was 98% with a cure rate of 74%,the therapeutic effective rate in the Cintrol Group was 80% with a cure rate of 58%(P<0.01).Tthe average curing time in the Experimental Group was 21 days and 30 days in the Control Group (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect can be markedly enhanced in treatment of patients with brain injury adjuvant with HBO. |
