黄芪注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

目的观察黄芪注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗急性病毒性心肌炎（Acute Viral Myocarditis,AVM）的临床疗效。方法将100例AVM患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗。观察患者症状、心电图、胸片及心脏超声所示的心脏大小及心功能改变、心肌酶学指标、肌钙蛋白的变化,并评价其疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96%,对照组为80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗效果优于对照组,且治疗组血清心肌酶及心电图的改善情况也均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。且治疗组血清心肌酶及心电图的改善情况也均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论黄芪注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,值得临床应用。

The observation of the curative effect on astragalus mongholicus injection combined with levocarnitine treatment for acute viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of astragalus mongholicus injection combined with levocarnitine treatment for acute viral myocarditis.Methods 100 acute viral myocarditis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and 50 cases in each group,the control group received routine treatment,On the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with astragalus mongholicus injection combined with levocarnitine.Then Observed the symptom,electrocardiogram,chest radiograph and cardiac ultrasonic contrast about the size and the change of the heart function,cards cardiac enzymes target,the change of the troponin,appraised curative effects one course of treatment after one course of treatment.Results Besides the improvements of serum myecardium—enzyme and electrocardiogram in the observation group were distinctly better than that of the control group.Conc1usion There is remarkable effect in treatment of acute viral myocarditis with astragalus mongholicus injection combined with levocarnitine,and it should be widely promoted and applications.
