摘    要:目的探索马拉色菌系统性感染的小鼠动物模型制作方法.方法用环磷酰胺制备免疫抑制小鼠,尾静脉注射马拉色菌悬液,对感染死亡及处死小鼠心、肺、肝、脾、肾标本进行HE染色、PAS染色进行观察.结果各实验小组小鼠一般状况变差,陆续死亡;各脏器均可见PAS阳性孢子、组织变性坏死、肉芽肿改变、真菌孢子栓子及坏死组织栓子等病理改变.结论免疫抑制小鼠经尾静脉注射菌悬液可成功制作马拉色菌系统性感染小鼠动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To explore way and means making systemic infection amimal model with Malassezia in mouse. Methods 40 Kunming mouses were selected.The immunosuppressive mice were made by cyclophosphamide,and divided into A,B,C and D groups randomly.M sympodialis,M globosa and M.slloofiae suspensions and fat emulsion were respectively injected into coccygeal veins of A,B,C and D groups.HE stain and PAS stain were used to examine the pathogenetic fungus and histopathologyical changes in heart,liver,lungs,spleen and kidney of dead or killed mouse. Results Mice of experimental groups suffered from an illness and death.There were PAS positive spore,tissue degeneration and necroses,granulomatous chenges,fungous spore emblus and neerotic tissue emblous in heart,liver,lung,spleen and kidney. Conclusion Malassezia systemic infection animal model may be successfully made in the immunosuppressive mice of which Malassezia suspension is injected into coccygeal vein.
