实施流程管理对提高血透室工作质量的探讨

目的:在血透室实施流程管理,提高工作质量,预防与控制医院感染,减少或避免医疗纠纷。方法:按照血透室质量管理标准对血透室的建筑布局、工作流程及管理程序进行规范。结果:实施血透室的流程管理后,血透室的布局实现了合理化,规范了血液净化的各项操作流程管理,提高了工作质量,减少了医院感染危险,有效规避了医疗风险,患者的综合满意度由2009年的94.5%提高至2011年的99.8%。结论:完善血透室的布局、规范相关工作流程、严格执行流程、规范化管理是预防与控制医院感染、规避医疗风险的重要环节。

Research on implementation of process management to improve the work quality of hemodialysis room

Objective：To,investigate the effects of implementation of process management on improvement of the quality of work, prevention and control of hospital infections,and reduction or avoidance of medical disputes. Methods ： Building layout, workflow and management peocedures were standardized in accordance with the quality management standards of hemodialysis room. Results ：The layouts of hemodialysis room were made reasonable after implementation of process management. Furthermore ,implenlentation of process management also can regulate process management of operations of blood purification, enhance the work quality,reduce the risk 0~ hospital infection and effectively avoid the medical risks. Conclusions：Improvement of the layout of hemodialysis room, specifications of the related work processes and strict implementation of the standardized process management were important parts to prevent or control hospital infection and avoid medical risk.
