T4平塞无张力修补腹股沟疝47例临床体会

目的探讨使用意大利赫美公司生产的"T4平塞"行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床效果。方法47例各类腹股沟疝患者均采用"T4平塞"行无张力修补术,观察手术时间、术后疼痛及异物感、术后自主能力恢复时间、复发率及并发症。结果与传统疝修补手术相比,使用"T4平塞"行腹股沟疝无张力修补术,具有方法简便、手术时间短、术后疼痛及异物感轻、自主能力恢复快、复发率低及并发症少等优点。结论使用"T4平塞"行腹股沟疝无张力修补术是一种符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法,具有传统方法无法比拟的优势。

Experience of treatment in 47 cases after T4 flat plug in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia

Objective To evaluate the effect of Herniamesh T4 flat plug in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.Methods Herniamesh T4 for 47 cases.To observe the operation time last,postoperative pain and foreign body feelings.The recovery time,the recurrence rate and complications.Results Compared with traditional hernia repair surgery,the use of "T4-Cypriot" no tension Inguinal Hernia repair has advantages of simple method,short hospital stay,less postoperative pain and foreign body feelings,quick recovery,and the low rate of complications and recurrence.Conclusion "T4-Cypriot" no tension Inguinal Hernia repair was a effective treatment which was suit for human anatomy structure and hernia of pathophysiology,the treatment was superior to traditional methods.
