甲状腺转录因子-1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨甲状腺转录因子-1（thyroid transcriPtion factor 1，TTF -1）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）各种类型组织中的表达及其意义。方法收集 NSCLC 组织标本106例（其中鳞癌39例、腺癌56例、腺鳞细胞癌11例），采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测 TTF -1蛋白在各种类型肺癌组织中的表达并探讨 TTF -1与NSCLC 临床病理特征的关系。结果 TTF -1在肺癌细胞中定位于细胞核，呈棕黄色。在肺腺癌、肺腺鳞癌和肺鳞癌中，TTF -1的阳性表达率分别为91.1%（51/56）、90.9%（10/11）、20.5%（8/39），差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；TTF -1表达率与患者性别有关，在女性中阳性表达率为86.2%（25/29），显著高于男性的表达水平57.1%（44/77），差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。而在年龄、TNM 分期及肿瘤分化程度方面，在 NSCLC 患者中的表达差异均无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）。结论 NSCLC 中 TTF -1的表达与患者性别和肿瘤病理类型密切相关，肺腺癌中阳性表达率高于其他类型非小细胞肺癌，具有一定的鉴别诊断价值。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Thyroid Transcription Factor - 1 in Non - small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To exPlore the exPression and clinical significance of thyroid transcriPtion factor -1（TTF -1）in non - small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 106 cases of NSCLC tissues（including 39 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,56 cases of adenocarcinoma and 11 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma）. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the exPression of TTF - 1 in NSCLC tissues and exPlore the relationshiPs between TTF - 1 and clinicoPathological features in NSCLC. Results TTF - 1 localized in nuclear of lung cancer cells,brownish yellow in color. The Positive exPression rates of TTF - 1 were 91. 1%（51 / 56）,90. 9%（10 / 11）and 20. 5%（8 / 39）in adenocarcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. There were significant differences among them（P 〈 0. 05）. There was a relationshiP between the exPression of TTF - 1 and gender. The Positive exPression rate of TTF - 1 was 86. 2%（25 / 29）in female,which was significantly higher than that in male（57. 1% ,44 / 77）（P 〈0. 05）. However,there was no significant difference among age,TNM stage and tumor differentiation（P 〉 0. 05）. Con-clusion The exPression of TTF - 1 is closely related to gender and Pathological tyPe. The Positive exPression rate of TTF - 1 in adenocarcinoma is significantly higher than that in the other tyPe of NSCLC,which can be used for differen-tial diagnosis.
