摘    要:目的:测定西洋参中拟人参皂苷F11的含量。方法:应用高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC/ELSD),PlatinumC18色谱柱,乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,并优化选择了蒸发光散射检测器参数,测定了西洋参中拟人参皂苷F11的含量。结果:拟人参皂苷F11在2192~1096μg范围内呈良好线性(r=09992,n=5),回收率为(1026±41)%。结论:本方法精密度、重现性良好,适用于人参皂苷类成分的分析测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the determination method of Pseudoginsenoside F11 in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii Method: A HPLC method using evaporative light scattering detection has been developed to determine Pseudoginsenoside F11 in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii on platinum C18 column using Acetonitrile-water(3070) as mobile phase Meanwhile, the optimum conditions for the detector working and the chromatographic separation were established Result: Linear range of Pseudoginsenoside F11 was 21921096 g (r=09992,n=5), the mean recovery was (102641)% Conclusion: the precision and repeatability of this method are good respectively, and this method can be applied to the analysis of ginsenoside components
