健康教育对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响

目的评价健康教育对支气管哮喘患者疗效的影响。方法对患者进行哮喘相关知识的问卷调查,将其随机分为实验组225例,给予常规的治疗,并进行关于哮喘知识、自我管理计划等内容的健康教育;对照组209例,仅给予常规的治疗与护理。6个月后跟踪调查患者哮喘相关知识的掌握程度,患者依从性,同时比较两组临床症状缓解率、肺功能PEF昼夜变异率、治疗满意度。结果 6个月后,实验组患者哮喘相关知识的掌握程度和治疗依从性明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）,实验组患者临床症状缓解率、肺功能PEF昼夜变异率、治疗满意度均好于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论健康教育对提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量,控制哮喘急性发作有重要意义。

The impact of health education on the patients with asthma

Objective To elevate the clinical value of health management on asthma.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（225 cases） and the control group（209 cases）.In the experimental group,the patients were given conventional treatment and health education,such as knowledge of asthma and self-management programs.In the control group,the patients were only given conventional treatment and nursing.The ease of clinical symptoms,day and night PEF rate variability of lung function and satisfaction of the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Six months later,the asthma-related knowledge and compliance of the patients in experimental group were better than that in the control group（P0.05）.The experimental group remission rate in patients with clinical symptoms, day and night PEF rate variability of lung function and satisfaction were better than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Health education can improve the compliance and the quality of life for the patients,with great significance for the patients to heal acute asthma.
