“汶川大地震”紧急医疗救援的组织管理

汶川大地震后，阿坝州人民医院立即启动地震紧急医疗救援预案。随即派出以外科医生为主的19人医疗救援队，奔赴汶川县城灾区迅速展开救援，是第一支到达震中的医疗救援队伍。医疗救援队的经验表明：必须建立医疗救援指挥部，以协调各队的医疗工作；对医疗救援人员的第一个要求是身体好，其次要业务过硬。地震初期的患者以外伤患者为主，半个月后，工作重点移到内科医务人员身上。后勤保障在医疗救援中发挥重要作用；院外和院内急救工作必须衔接起来。

Organization and management of emergency medical rescue team in Wenchuan earthquake: Experience of the Aba Prefecture People''''s Hospital

After the outbreak of Wenchuan earthquake, the Aba Prefecture People＇ s Hospital promptly organized and dispatched an emergency medical rescue team consisting of 19 members, mainly surgeons, to hurry to the disastrous areas. It was the just emergency medical rescue team that arrived at the epicenter first. Based on its experience the team holds that a head quarter should be established to coordinate the rescue actions of different teams, the first requirement for the staff members of medical rescue team is being in good health, and the second is perfect mastery of relevant techniques. Immediately after the earthquake most of the patients are those suffering from trauma, and half a month later the focus of medical work turns to internal diseases. Logistics support plays a very important role in emergency medical rescue. Pre-hospital emergency treatment should he joined well with intra-hospital emergency treatment.
