玻璃纤维桩核和铸造金属桩核在残根残冠保存修复中的临床对比研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨玻璃纤维和铸造金属两种桩核在残根残冠保存修复中的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择2012年3月至2013年3月残根残冠保存修复患者64例患牙80例,按随机数字表将其分为两组,每组均为32例40颗患牙.对照组采用铸造金属桩制作桩核,然后进行金属烤瓷全冠修复;观察组采用用玻璃纤维桩制作桩核,然后进行金属烤瓷全冠修复.修复后随访6~24个月,观察和比较两组的临床疗效及并发症.结果 玻璃纤维桩核修复组显效率和总有效率达到68.75%和96.875%,显著高于铸造金属桩核修复组(P〈0.05),而无效率仅为3.125%,显著低于铸造金属桩核修复组(P〈0.05);总并发症率为7.50%,显著低于铸造金属桩核修复组(P〈0.05).结论 采用玻璃纤维桩核行残根残冠保存修复能显著提高修复的成功率,降低并发症的发生,临床效果和安全性显著优于铸造金属桩核.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of cast metal glass fibers in two kinds of pile nuclear preserved in residu- al root and crown repair. Methods A total of 64 patients (80 teeth) with residual root and crown saving repair teeth during March 2012 to March 2013 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table, 32 patients (40 teeth) in each group. Teeth of patients in control group were made of post - and - core casting metal post, and then with ceramometal full crown restoration, teeth in observation group were made of glass fiber post pile nuclear, then with ceramometal full crown restoration, and they were followed up for 6 - 24 months after repair, and clinical curative effect and complications were observed and compared in these 2 groups. Results The efficiency and total effective rate in glass fiber post - and - core repair group were 68.75 % and 68.75 % respectively, and they were significantly higher than those of cast metal post - and - core repair group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the rate of failure was only 3.125 % , it was significantly lower than that of cast metal post - and - core repair group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , The total rate of complications was 7.50%, it was significantly lower than that of cast metal post - and - core repair group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of glass fiber post - and - core line residual root and crown repair can significantly increase the successful rate of repair and reduce complications, hence its clinical effect and safety is significantly better than that of cast metal post - and - corel
