护理干预对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响分析

目的 探讨护理干预对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响.方法 将我院2010年1月至2012年12月间收治的148例肺结核患者随机分为常规护理组（对照组）和护理干预组（观察组）,每组各74例,比较两组患者的肺结核相关知识知晓情况,采用ARS量表对两组患者的服药依从性进行评价.结果 观察组患者在病因、临床症状、预防、用药以及并发症方面的知晓率均高于对照组患者;观察组的用药依从性为98.6%,显著高于对照组患者的71.1%,组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 通过对肺结核患者实施综合护理干预能够提高患者肺结核知识的知晓率和服药依从性,值得临床进一步推广使用.

Effects Analysis of Nursing Intervention Measures on The Medication Adherence in Patients with Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the eff＆ts of nursing intervention measures on the medication adherence in patients with tu- berculosis. Methods 148 cases of patients with tuberculosis admitted in our hospital during January 2010 to December 2012 were ran- domly divided into routine nursing group （control group） and the nursing intervention group （observation group）, and 74 cases were concluded in each group, then compared the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis related knowledge level among patients in the two groups, as well as evaluated their medication adherence with ARS scale. Results The awareness. rate of observation group was higher than the control group in aspects such as etiology, clinical symptoms, prevention, medication and complications. The medica- tion adherence of patients in observation group was 98.6%, while the control group was 71.1%, which was of significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Through the comprehensive nursing intervention measures, the knowledge aware- ness rate and medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis has been obviously improved, which is worth of further promotion.
