| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌患者心理状态的影响。方法将106例就诊患者随机分成实验组和对照组各53例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组除常规护理外对患者全程实施护理干预。通过深入访谈、参与式观察，比较2组患者心理状况，采用χ^2检验对结果进行分析。结果实验组心理问题明显减轻，治疗依从性明显优于对照组。结论护理干预改善患者的身心状态，促进了患者疾病的康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of nursing interveution on psychological status of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 106 patients with cervical cancer were divided into the experimental group and the control group, and each group had 53 patients. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given whole -process nursing intervention apart from conventional nursing. Psychological status were compared between the two group by interview and observation. Results The alleviation of psychological stress and the compliance of treatment in the experimental group was better than those in the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients psychological status and promote their rehabilitation. |
