| 摘 要： | 目的比较大承气汤传统汤剂与配方颗粒部分指标性成分的含量,探讨二者物质基础的差异性。方法选用3个批次的中药饮片制备配方颗粒与水煎剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定各批次样品中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、芦荟大黄素的含量。结果 3批汤剂中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、芦荟大黄素的平均含量分别为3批配方颗粒平均含量的3.98、2.45、1.62倍。结论大承气汤传统汤剂与配方颗粒厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、芦荟大黄素的含量存在明显的差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the content of index component between traditional decoction and formula granule of Dachengqitang and explore the difference in the substances between two drug forms. Methods The herbal materials of 3 batches were prepared into granule form and decoction form. High per- formance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of magnolol, honokiol and aloe - emodin. Results In 3 batches, the average content of magnolol, honokiol and aloe - emodin in decoction form was 3.98 times ,2.45 times and 1.62 times higher than that of granule form separately. Conclusion The tradi- tional decoction of Daehengqitang is obviously different from the formula granule in terms of the content of magnolol ,honokiol and aloe- emodin |
