| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨过敏性紫癜(schonlein-henoch purpura,HSP)患儿外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫荧光抗体标记法及流式细胞仪对20例HSP患儿和20例健康儿童、20例呼吸道感染患儿、20例幼年特发性关节炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比率进行检测。结果:HSP患儿外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞的百分率显著低于健康儿童和呼吸道感染患儿(P<0.05),而与幼年特发性关节炎患儿相当。结论:外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞参与了HSP的发病。
