| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效。②方法 回顾性分析应用微型腹腔镜配合Endoelose针形器械高位结扎疝囊治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝118例的临床资料。③结果 手术全部完成，无中转手术，无并发症及复发，手术操作简单，创伤小，术后疼痛轻恢复快，住院时间短、④结论 应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全有效、简单快捷、损伤小、无瘢痕，明显优于传统的高位结扎术。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of microlaparoscopic treatment for indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods One hundred and eighteen cases of indirect inguinal hernias in children were treated using microlaparoscopic instruments,a special Endoclose needle high ligation of hernia sac,then the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were operated successfully,and there were no conversion operation,no complication and recurrence.The operation have the advantages of simple performance,less trauma,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery,and shorter period of hospitalization. Conclusion Treatment for indirect inguinal hennias in children using microlaparoscopic technique is simple,safe,effective,quick,least injury and no scar.The advantages are over open techniques. |
