| Abstract: | Overexpression of survivin may partly protect the NIT-1 cells(mouse insulin-secreting cells) from cytokine-induced apoptosis.In addition, NIT-1 cells transfected with survivin had an slightly improved response of insulin secretion to glucose stimulation. |
