摘    要:目的了解男性患者泌尿生殖道淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(Uu)感染状况,为临床诊治提供依据。方法用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)对112例男性患者3种病原体基因进行定量测定。结果 3种病原体总阳性检出率为73.21%(82/112),单项感染阳性检出率为43.75%(49/112),混合感染模式阳性检出率为29.46%(33/112),单项感染模式显著高于混合感染模式,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.92,P0.05);CT单项感染率为16.96%(19/112),NG为15.18%(17/112),Uu为11.61%(13/112),三者差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.34,P0.05);CT与Uu、CT与NG、NG与Uu及NG与Uu和CT的阳性率分别为9.82%(11/112)、7.14%(8/112)、7.14%(8/112)和5.36%(6/112),4种病原体混合感染模式差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.67,P0.05)。结论男性患者3种病原体的检测中,单项感染模式显著高于混合感染模式(χ2=4.92,P0.05);CT单项感染模式最为常见,有必要进行常规检查;对CT阳性患者应进行全面检查,以便及时发现合并感染,给予有效治疗;FQ-PCR检测NG、CT、Uu具有操作简单、反应时间短、结果客观准确、敏感性和特异性好的优点,适宜门诊初查。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection of neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG),chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) in masculine urogenital tract,to provide an important clinical guide.Methods Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG),Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) of urogenital tract were quantitatively detected with fluorescence quantitative(FQ) PCR from masculine patients.Results The total positive rate was 73.21% (82 /112)of three pathogens.The single infection was 43.75% (49 /112) and the mixed infection was 29.46%(33/112),the single infection was obviously higher than the mixed infection(χ^2=1.34,P〈0.05);the single infection of CT was 16.96% ( 19/112),NG was 15.18% ( 17/112) and Uu was 11.60% (13/112),which was no statistically significant among the results.The positive rate of Uu + CT,CT +NG,NG+Uu and NG+Uu+CT were 9.8%(11/112),7.1%(8/112),7.1%(8/112) and 5.4% (6/112)respectively,which was no statistically significant during the mixed infection,either(χ^2=1.67,P〈0.05).Conclusion The single infection is obviously higher than mixed infection.It is necessary to examine CT routinely because the positive rate of single CT is higher than other types.In order to discover the mixed infection promptly and for the effective therapy,full inspection is required when CT infection.FQ-PCR in detecting NG,CT,and Uu is manipulated simply with time-saving,more sensitivity and more specificity,which is suitable for early examination.
