UV、IR光谱法鉴别泽泻与窄叶泽泻

摘    要:本文应用UV、IR分析仪对泽泻及其混淆品窄叶泽泻进行了鉴别研究,UV光谱研究结果显示,泽泻的甲醇提取液在204.1±0.5 nm处有最大吸收峰,窄叶泽泻在205.7nm处有最大吸收,另外在285 nm附近有一弱吸收。红外研究结果显示,泽泻水提物红外光谱在3402、2933、1642、1054和926 cm-1波数处有吸收,而窄叶泽泻在指纹图谱区与正品泽泻存在较大差别。

Abstract:The paper reported that UV and IR spectrum were used to identify Alisma orientalis and A. canaliculatum. The results of determination showed that the solution of methanol extraction of A. orientalis absorbed in 204.1 +/- 0.5 nm, but which of Alisma canaliculatum absorbed in 205.7 nm and 285 nm in UV spectrum. The dry substance of water extraction of A. orientalis absorbed in 3402, 2933, 1642, 1054 and 926 cm-1 in IR spectrum. IR spectrum of A. orientalis is different from which of Alisma canaliculatum in fingerprint.
