益母草对家兔离体小肠平滑肌的作用及其作用机制研究

摘    要:目的研究益母草对家兔离体小肠平滑肌的作用及其机制。方法家兔小肠平滑肌标本置于恒温平滑肌槽中,用BL-420F生物机能实验系统记录小肠的收缩曲线,观察益母草对小肠收缩的影响,并观察阻断胆碱能M受体和组胺H1受体等对益母草作用的影响。结果益母草浓度依赖性兴奋离体小肠平滑肌,阻断胆碱能M受体或组胺H1受体能显著抑制益母草诱导的小肠平滑肌收缩。结论小肠平滑肌是益母草作用的靶器官,益母草通过激活小肠平滑肌上的M受体和H1受体而促进小肠平滑肌收缩。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Herba Leonuri on the smooth muscle of the small intestine in rabbits and its mechanism. MethodsThe small intestine was isolated and kept in a homeothermic bath.The contraction of the intestine was monitored by the BL-420F biological signal recording system.The effects of Herba Leonuri injection on the contraction of small intestine and the role of M receptor and H1 receptors in the action of Herba Leonuri were observed and analyzed. ResultsHerba Leonuri promoted the contraction of small intestine in a concentration-dependent manner.The excitatory effect of Herba Leonuri on the intestine could be inhibited by blockage of M receptor and H1 receptor. ConclusionThe smooth muscle of small intestine is an action target of Herba Leonuri.Herba Leonuri can facilitate the contraction of the smooth muscle of small intestine by activation of M receptor and H1 receptor in smooth muscle.
