摘    要:分析仿真体模用于临床技能培训的必要性与可行性,详细介绍培训目标、仿体的选择、培训方法及考核评价方法等内容。总结超声介入技术临床培训经验,探索出根据受训者对超声影像知识的了解程度进行分组;培训课程内容涵盖理论知识和操作技能:并分别对这两方面内容以计分形式进行考评是有效的临床培训方法。鉴于仿体在超声介入技术临床培训中的重要性.在未来超声介入教学和临床技能培训活动中应该多加利用,以培养更多临床所需的超声介入技术人才,满足社会需求。

Abstract:The feasibility and necessity of simulation phantom in clinical skill training was analyzed and the training target, phantom selection, training method and evaluation method were intro- duced. Besides, the paper summarized the clinical ultrasound intervene technology training experience, and explored how to group according to the trainees' understanding of the knowledge of ultrasonic images as well as the training course contents including the theory of knowledge and operation skills. It also pointed out that evaluation of these two aspects respectively in the form of scoring was an effective method of clinical training. Given the importance of simulation in ultrasonic clinical training intervention technology, simulation phantom should be more used in the future interventional ultrasound teaching and clinical skills training to cultivate more talents with clinical ultrasound interventional techniques to meet social needs.
