| 摘 要： | 本文采用主成分分析方法,对中草药中微量元素含量进行研究。通过SPSS10.0统计软件对相关原始数据进行标准化处理,并求出无量纲后数据的相关系数矩阵及其特征值、特征向量和贡献率。在此基础上,确定作为初始因子的主成分变量,并计算出各主成分分值及综合分值。最后根据综合分值对中草药微量元素含量高低做出了评价,为研制新的药物提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | This＇article uses the principal components analysis method, and studies the content of trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine. By using SPSSIO. Osoftware for statistical data related to the original normalized, and after the dimensionless da- ta correlation coefficient matrix and the eigenvalue and eigenvector and contribution. On this basis, the determination of principal components, the initial factor as variables, and ＂the calculated value and score. Finally, according to the score of the herbal trace element content discretion to make evaluation. |
