肾移植术后肺部感染临床分析

目的探讨肾移植术后肺部感染的临床特点、病原体诊断和治疗方法。方法对33例肾移植术后肺部感染患者病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果33例患者中明确病原体者21例,其中经痰培养和血清抗体检测获得17例,经纤支镜获得4例,经综合治疗本组中29例治愈,4例死亡。结论肾移植术后肺部感染病情复杂,病死率高;早期准确病原体诊断及时有效综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低病死率。

Clinlical analysis of 33 patients with pulmonary after kidney transplantation.

Objective To analyse the clinical characteristic, the pathogen diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection in kidney transplantation patients. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation were retrospectively analysed. Results 21 patients had difinite pathogen. 17 patients of them diagnosed pathogen through sputum culture and serologic testing. 29 patients were cured and 4 patients died. Conclusion Pulmonary infection patients after kidney transplantation have dangerous condition and high mortality. The accurate diagnosis of pathogen and effective therap would improve the cure rate and decrease mortality.
