EV71病毒性脑炎患者脑脊液和血清S100B的测定及意义

目的 检测肠道病毒71型(EV71)病毒性脑炎患者脑脊液和血清中S100B的含量,并探讨S100B对EV71病毒性脑炎患者脑损害的评估价值.方法 33例EV71病毒性脑炎患者、29例单纯手足口病患者、26例非神经系统疾病的对照组患者的脑脊液和血清中的S100B含量均采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测,比较各组S100B含量的差异.结果 EV71病毒性脑炎组脑脊液和血清S100B含量显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),而单纯手足口病组与对照组相比无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；EV71病毒性脑炎患者中惊厥/抽搐组脑脊液和血清S100B含量高于无惊厥/抽搐组,意识障碍组高于无意识障碍组(P均＜0.01)；EV71病毒性脑炎患者脑脊液和血清中S100B含量呈正相关(r=0.78,P＜0.01).结论 脑脊液和血清S100B含量可以作为EV71病毒性脑炎患者脑损伤的标记物,其含量的高低与疾病的严重程度呈正相关关系.

Detection of S100B in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of patients with viral encephalitis caused by enteroviruses 71

【Objective】 To investigate the concentrations of S100B in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and serum in patients with viral encephalitis(VE) caused by enteroviruses 71(EV71) and discuss its values in assessing brain insult.【Methods】 S100B was measured dynamically by ELISA in CSF and serum from 33 patients with VE caused by EV71,29 patients with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease(HFMD) only and 26 controls.【Results】 The levels of CSF and serum S100B in the patients with VE caused by EV 71 were higher than those in controls(P <0.01),those patients with HFMD only were not higher than those in the control(P >0.05).The CSF and serum S100B levels of children with convulsion or spasm were significantly higher than those of children without convulsion or spasm(P <0.01),and those of children with somnolence or hypnody were higher than those of children without somnolence or hypnody(P <0.01).S100B level of CSF in VE caused by EV 71 had positive correlation with and serum S100B levels(r =0.78,P <0.01).【Conclusions】 The CSF and serum S100B levels of patients with VE caused by EV71 relate to degree of severity.Detection of S100B of children with HFMD can not only assess the severe degree but also predict their prognoses.
