| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来红豆杉细胞工业化培养生产紫杉醇的研究进展。重点介绍了添加诱导子、剪切力和溶解氧对紫杉醇产量的影响,以及利用生物反应器进行细胞培养时所存在的问题,为探索生产紫杉醇的最适条件和大规模细胞培养提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The recent progress in the research on production of taxol by taxus cell industrialization culture was reviewed.Effects of addition of elicitors,shear stress and dissolved O_2 tension on taxol production and the problems in cell culture by using the bioreactor were reviewed emphatically.The theoretical envidence was provided for optimal conditions of producing taxol and cell culture in a large scale. |
