心复康口服液对心梗后心衰大鼠心肌组织ATP ADP AMP影响的研究

摘    要:目的:观察心复康口服液对心梗后心衰大鼠心肌组织ATP、AMP、ADP含量的影响。方法:采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支致心梗后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24h灌胃给药至6周,以卡托普利作为阳性对照药。给药6周后观察大鼠左室梗死周围心肌组织中ATP、ADP、AMP含量。结果:与对照组比较,模型组ATP含量明显降低,而ADP、AMP含量显著升高;与模型组比较,卡托普利、心复康口服液组ATP含量明显升高,ADP和AMP含量明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:心复康口服液可增加心梗后心衰大鼠心肌组织中ATP含量、降低ADP、AMP含量,有效改善心梗后心衰大鼠心肌能量代谢,从而保护心功能。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Xinfukang(XFK)oral liquid on content of ATP,ADP and AMP in Cadiac muscle of Heart Failure post Myocardial Infarction in rats.Methods:the AMI models were established by ligating left anterion descending coronary artery and the rats with AMI were ramdonly divided into Model groups,XFK high dose groups,XFK low dose groups and captopril groups.Sham-operated group served as control.After 6 weeks of the treatment,content of ATP,ADP and AMP were determined.Twenty-four hours after establishing models,the rats were fed on XFK oral liquid through the gastrotube for 6 weeks.Results:Comparing with sham group,ATP content of myocardial tissue were obviously lowed in model,ADP and AMP contents were obviously elevated,comparing with model group,the content of ATP in Captopril and XFK groups were obviously increased,but contents of ADP and AMP were obviously reduced(P<0.01).Conclusions:XFK oral liquid can effectvely inhibit the obstacle of energy metabolism.And protect the cardiac function by up-regulation the contents of ATP,synchronously,down-regulation the contents of ADP and AMP.
