某学院2008-2012年获奖科技成果统计分析

【目的】回顾某学院2008-2012年科技成果获奖情况,对某学院获奖科技成果的特点及存在问题进行分析,提出相应的建议和对策,为进一步做好科技奖励工作提供借鉴。【方法】收集某学院2008-2012年获奖科技成果,对获奖成果的时间、学科,获奖人员职称、年龄分布等情况进行统计分析。【结果】2008-2012年某学院获各级科技成果奖129项,特别是二等奖以上奖励明显增多,增加了109%。学科分布以基础医学、临床医学成果为主,共获奖107项,占82.95%,军事医学、预防医学等获奖成果22项,占17.05%。获奖人员高、中级职称所占比例为96.90%。获奖人员平均年龄42岁。【结论】在成果数量增加的同时更应该注重成果的含金量;作为武警部队院校,应多产出贴近武警部队中心任务的成果,提高某学院的军事医学科研水平;应加强学科建设及各重点学科间的联合,提高成果获奖等级和数量。

Award-winning statistical analysis of scientific and technological achievements from 2008 to 2012 of an University

【Objective】Characteristics and problems of the award-winning achievements in science and technology in university are analyzed in order to put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasure for the further improvement of the award work.【Methods】Through a review of all the award-winning achievements in science and technology from 2008 to 2012,such aspects as the awarded time,branch of learning,academic title,age distribution,etc.are statistically analyzed.【Results】Among 129 items,the award-winning achievements in basic medicine and clinical medicine account for 82.95%（107 items）,while the achievements in military medicine and preventive medicine take up only 17.05%（22 items）.Achievements above second prize obviously increased by 109%.Recipients with senior or intermediate title account for 96.90%,and the average age of recipients is 42.【Conclusions】Under the emphasis of increase in number,the quality of the achievements should also be given more attention.In colleges of Armed Police Forces,more achievements close to the central task of CAPF should be put forward so as to raise the level of military medical scientific research,and discipline construction and alliance between key disciplines should be strengthened so as to improve the award-winning rating as well as the number.
