H型高血压患者血浆ET-1、vWF因子变化的相关研究

摘    要:【目的】本研究通过测定H型高血压患者血浆中内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(Von Willebrandfactor,vWF)的水平变化,初步探讨H型高血压血管内皮损伤的状态。【方法】将70例H型高血压患者根据血同型半胱氨酸水平分为两组,中度升高组34例,男18例,女16例;轻度升高组36例,男19例,女17例。再选取20例单纯高血压组,其中男11例,女9例;另选健康体检者18例,其中男9例,女11例作为正常对照。采取所有受试者空腹肘静脉血,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆ET-1、vWF分子标志物水平。【结果】(1)H型高血压组血浆ET-1、vWF水平均高于单纯高血压组(P〈0.05),并高于正常组(P〈0.05);(2)同型半胱氨酸中度升高组血浆ET-1、vWF均高于轻度升高组(P〈0.05)。【结论】(1)H型高血压患者血浆ET-1、vWF水平明显增高,表明存在血管内皮损伤;(2)H型高血压组随着血同型半胱氨酸水平的升高,血浆ET-1、vWF水平增高,提示高同型半胱氨酸血症加重血管内皮损伤,增加血管性疾病发生的危险性。

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this study was to preliminarily discuss the status of H-hypertensive vascular endothelial injury by measuring the variations of plasma endothelin-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) in H-hypertensive patients.【Methods】70 cases of H-hypertensive patients were divided into a moderately elevated group(34 patients including 18 males and 16 females) and a mildly elevated group(36 patients including 19 males and 17 females),in accordance with plasma homocysteine levels.Then 20 patients with simple hypertension(11 males and 9 females) and 18 healthy subjects(9 males and 11 females) were selected as control groups.Fasting venous blood was taken from all subjects,and then the levels of plasma ET-1 and vWF molecular markers were measured through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)【.Results】(1) The levels of plasma ET-1 and vWF in H-hypertensive patients were both higher than those in the hypertensive group(P 0.05) and the normal group(P 0.05);(2) The levels of plasma ET-1 and vWF in homocysteine group were higher than those in mildly elevated group(P 0.05).【Conclusions】(1) The levels of plasma ET-1 and vWF in H-hypertensive patients were significantly higher,indicating the presence of vascular endothelial injury;(2) The increase of plasma ET-1 and vWF levels was accompanied by the elevation of plasma homocysteine levels in H-type hypertension group,suggesting that high homocysteine hyperlipidemia would deteriorate the situation of the vascular endothelial damage,and increase the risk of the vascular disease
