大黄制剂用于肠道准备的临床观察

为观察大黄制剂在肠道检查前肠道清洁的效果，将接受肠道检查的病人，随机分为两组，即口服大黄制剂组和口服甘露醇及软皂水灌肠组，观察用药后的反应及洁肠效果。结果：结肠镜检及肠造影病人中运用大黄制剂组病人消化道症状较少，洁肠效果优于甘露醇组和软皂水灌肠组，大黄制剂用于肠道准备，在达到洁肠效果满意的情况下，减轻了传统灌肠法给病人带来的精神负担及护理人员的劳动强度。

Clinical Observation on Rhubarb Mixture to Be Used for Intestinal Tract Preparation

In order to observe the effect of Rhubarb mixture on cleaning intestinal tract, patients who consented the examination of intestinal tract were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in test group were given Rhubarb mixture orally. Whereas patients in control group were given both mannitol orally and soft soap water enema. Results: patients in test group had less digestive tract symptoms in the course of colonoscopy, and the effect of intestinal tract cleaning was better than that of control group. For those patients with intestinal tract contrast examination, the cleaning effect of intestinal tract in test group was superior to that in control group as well. Suggested that Rhubarb mixture used to prepare intestinal tract can meet the needs of intestinal tract examination. It can lighten the mental load of patients caused by the traditional way of enema. Meantime, it may ease the intensity of labor of nursing staff.
