| 摘 要： | 目的观察腰腹群针为主治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为腰腹群针加常规四肢穴位组80例，常规取穴对照组40例作对比观察。结果两组总有效率及显效率有明显差异，腰腹群针组治疗前后，其腰围值有非常显著性差异。结论结果说明群针术治疗效果优于常规取穴组，并在减腰腹部脂肪上具有优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of lumbo abdominal group acupuncture as a main treatment for simple obesity.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into lumbo abdominal group plus routine body acupuncture group of 80 cases and a routine body acupuncture group of 40 cases as a control.Results There were significant differences in the total efficacy rate and marked effectiveness rate between the two groups. There was a very significant difference in waistline between pretreatment and posttreatment in the lumbo abdominal group acupuncture group.Conclusion The results show that group acupuncture has a better effect than routine acupuncture and is of advantage in reducing lumbo abdominal fat. |
