造血干细胞移植术后患者心理特征质性研究

目的:了解造血干细胞异体移植术后患者在造血干细胞移植前、移植时、移植后、康复过程中的真实心理感受,为临床护理人员对造血干细胞移植患者提供有效的心理支持。方法:采用现象学研究的访谈方式,对接受治疗的11例异体造血干细胞移植的患者进行深入访谈,将获得的资料分析整理,并进行总结。结果:造血干细胞异体移植的患者在整个病程中的情绪变化和自我调适方式存在巨大的心理和经济压力。其心理体验主要有3个方面:(1)在确诊初期均有震惊、悲伤、困惑、不知所措等情绪以及对获取相匹配造血干细胞的强烈希望。(2)在接受治疗的过程中表现出的巨大压力,包括对移植后疾病恢复的不确定感、身心的巨大精力消耗等。(3)社会生活方式的改变。结论:造血干细胞异体移植患者需要深切的情感支持,对其提供正确、合理的护理措施,以提高患者的生存质量。

Qualitative research on the psycholgical features of patients affter hematopoietic stem cell transplartation

Objective：To understand the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for allograft hematopoietie stem cell transplantation in patients before and transplantation, and post- transplant, rehabilitation process, the true psychological feeling for clinical nursing of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation help patients psychological support. Methods ： 11 cases with bone marrow transplant treatment hematopoictic stem cell transplantation were received depth in- terviews with phenomenological study interview mode, patients will receive a tidy, summarized and analyzed the data. Results ： Patients allograft hematopoietie stem cells in the whole course of the mood changes and self adjustment mode existing huge psychological and economic pressures. The psychological experi- ence mainly has three aspects ： （ 1 ） Are trying to identify the initial shock and sadness, confused and disoriented and other emotional and matching hemato- poietic stem cells to acquiring strong hope. （2）The process in therapy showed huge pressure after transplantation, including the recovery of disease uncer- tainty, the huge body energy consumption, etc. （3）Social lifestyle change. Conclusion ： Hematopoietic stem cell allograft patients need deep emotional sup- port,provide for the correct and reasonable nursing measures to improve survival in patients with quality.
