| 摘 要： | 目的:观察顺尔宁联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效,为制定支气管哮喘的治疗方案提供参考依据。方法:120例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例,两组均给予补液、解痉、抗炎、吸氧等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入,而治疗组给予顺尔宁,1次/日,睡前温开水送服,同时联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗,对两组的疗效进行分析。结果:对照组总有效率为76.7%,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.254,P=0.0062)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后FEVl占预计值百分率,PEF占预计值百分率明显增加,且治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:顺尔宁联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘具有协同作用,疗效确切,能明显改善患儿肺功能,值得临床推广应用。 |
