| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童干眼症发病的相关因素,为其预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法:对639例干眼患儿的病史及症状进行详细询问,并行SchirmerⅠ、BUT、FI染色检查。结果:儿童干眼症患者偏食163例(25.51%)、VDT 196例(30.67%)、VDT+偏食125例(19.56%)、MGD 52例(8.14%)、过敏性结膜炎103例(16.12%)、眼表检查BUT明显延长590例(92.33%),其次角膜荧光素染色阳性464例(72.61%)、SitⅠ试验阳性348例(54.45%)。结论:儿童干眼症发病与偏食、VDT、MGD、过敏性结膜炎等因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the related factors of xeroma in children,provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of xeroma.Methods:The medical histories and symptoms of 639 children with xeroma were asked carefully,then SchirmerⅠ,BUT and FI staining were conducted.Results:Among the children with xeroma,163 children(25.51%) were found with dietary bias,196 children(30.67%) were found with VDT,125 children(19.56%) were found with VDT and dietary bias,52 children(8.14%) were found with MGD,103 children(16.12%) were found with allergic conjunctivitis,590 children(92.33%) were found with obviously elongation of BUT according to ocular surface examination,464 children(72.61%) were found with positive fluorescent staining of cornea,348 children(54.45%) were found with positive SitⅠ test.Conclusion:The occurrence of xeroma in children is related to dietary bias,VDT,MGD and allergic conjunctivitis. |
