| 摘 要： | 比较单味体外培育牛黄与天然牛黄治疗疖肿的临床疗效,以更客观地评价体外培育牛黄的临床疗效及其安全性。采用随机双盲对照试验方法,共进行63例疖肿的临床观察,其中治疗组33例,对照组30例。结果表明,治疗组临床痊愈率为48.5％,显效率为15.2％;对照组临床痊愈率为40.0％,显效率为23.3％。两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。不良反应的观察结果表明,单味体外培育牛黄及单味天然牛黄对患者无明显的毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | The randomized, double blind study involved 63 patients with furunele. Of them, 33 were treated with artificial bezoar, and 30 with natural bezoar. The cure rate and the obviously effective rate in Cu two groups were 48. 5%, 15. 2% and 40. 0%, 23. 3% respectively, with no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). In addition, no obvious side effect occurred in the process of treatment in the two groups. |
