甘露聚糖肽协助治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效观察

目的 研究甘露聚糖肽协助化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤。方法 将多发性骨髓瘤患者分成两组．一组用VAD方案化疗，一组用甘露聚糖肽协助VAD方案化疗，观察两组第2疗程疗效（完全缓解率，部分缓解率，进步及未缓解率）、骨髓幼稚细胞的比例、感染发生率、白细胞最低值及低值持续时间。结果 甘露聚糖肽组骨髓幼稚细胞的比例低于VAD组．两组间有显著性差异．第2疗程疗效则无显著性差异；甘露聚糖肽组白细胞低值持续时间短于VAD组，但白细胞最低值及感染发生率两组间则无显著性差异。结论 甘露聚糖肽联合化疗优于单用化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤。

Multiple myeloma curing be mannan glycopeptide

ObjectiveTo study the effects of mannan glycopeptide assisting chemotherapy on curing multiple myeloma.MethodsDividing multiple myeloma patiens into two groups.One group used the normal chemotherapy protocol VAD,yet the other group used mannan glycopeptide to assist the VAD protocol.The effect (completely/partly remisson rate,progress rate or non-remission rate),the naive cells in bone marrow,the infection incident rate,the lowest tites and the lasting time of low tites of leucocyte were observed in the second course.ResultsThe mannan glycopeptide group was more efficient than the VAD chemotherapy group in reducing the naive cells in bone morrow and the lasting time of the low tites leucocyte,but it has any significant difference in the completely remission rate,the lowest tites of leucocyte and the infection incident rate.ConclusionMannan glycopeptide assisting chemotherapy were better than those use VAD protocol only.
