p53、bcl-2蛋白表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系

目的研究p53、bcl-2蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测p53、bcl-2蛋白在60例胃癌、46例异型增生和20例正常胃黏膜中的表达情况。结果p53在正常胃黏膜不表达,异型增生表达率为20%,随胃黏膜异型增生程度的加重,p53表达逐渐增高,在胃癌中的阳性表达率为53%。bcl-2在胃癌中的阳性表达率为47%,在异型增生中表达率为48%,在正常胃黏膜中表达呈弱阳性。bcl-2表达与胃癌的分化程度有关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移、浸润深度无关(P>0.05);p53表达与上述临床病理因素均无关。结论p53、bcl-2蛋白的表达与胃黏膜增殖和恶化密切相关,可作为评估胃癌预后的参考指标。

Relationship between biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and expression of p53, bcl - 2 proteins

Objective It is to explore the relationship of biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and expression of p53 and bcl-2 proteins in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion.Methods Expressions of p53 and bcl-2 proteins in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa,46 samples of gastric intraepithelial neplasia and 60 samples of gastric adenocarcinoma were determined by immuno-histochemical staining SP method.Results There was no xpression of p53 in normal gastric mucosa.The positive expression rate of p53 in gastric intraepithelial neplasia was 20%, and in gastric adenocarcinoma was 53%.The rate above increased gradually when the grade of intraepithelial neplasia got serious gradually.The positive expression rate of bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma is 47%,and in intraepithelial neplasia was 48%.In normal gastric mucosa the rate was low positive.The expression of bcl-2 was related with the differentiation degree of gastric carcinoma(P<0.05),but wasn't related with the depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).The expression of p53 had no relationship with the clinical pathological factors above. Conclusion The expression of p53 and bcl-2 is associated with proliferation and malignant transformation of gastric mucosa,so they might be used as reference factors for the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
