斜刺配合推拿治疗创伤性跟腱周围炎35例疗效观察

目的观察斜刺配合推拿治疗运动员的创伤性跟踺周围炎的临床疗效。方法105例创伤性跟腱周围炎患者随机分为斜刺配合推拿治疗组35例,斜刺组35例和推拿组35例,分别进行治疗,6次为1疗程。结果治疗组和斜刺组与推拿组的治愈率分别为51.4%、20.0%、14.3%;总有效率94.3%、77.1%、74.3%,经统计学处理,治疗组与斜刺组、推拿组比较P<0.05,说明斜刺配合推拿治疗效果优于单纯斜刺、推拿组,斜刺组与推拿组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论斜刺结合推拿治疗运动员的创伤性跟腱周围炎有较好的治疗效果。

Observations on the Efficacy of Oblique Acupuncture plus Massotherapy for Treating Traumatic Peritenonitis of Achilles tendon in 35 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy for treating athlete traumatic peritenonitis of Achilles tendon. Methods One hundred and five patients with traumatic peritenonitis of Achilles tendon were randomly allocated to an oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy group of 35 cases,an oblique acupuncture group of 35 cases and a massotherapy group of 35 cases.The three groups were given respective treatments.6 times as a course. Results The cure rate was 51.4%,20.0% and 14.3%,respectively,in the oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy,oblique acupuncture and massotherapy groups.There was a statistically significant difference between the oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy group and the oblique acupuncture or massotherapy group (P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy was superior to that of simple oblique acupuncture or massotherapy.There was no statistically significant difference between the oblique acupuncture and massotherapy groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Oblique acupuncture plus massotherapy has a good curative effect on athlete traumatic peritenonitis of Achilles tendon.
