88例精神类药物不良反应报告分析

目的：分析我院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况及原因，为临床用药提供参考。方法：对我院2009—2012年88例ADR病例，按照ADR发生的关联性因素进行统计分析。结果：88例ADR中，男性20例，女性68例；31～50岁患者发生率较高，有48例（54．55％）；以神经系统受累最为多见；利培酮引起的不良反应最多见，有39例，占44．32％。结论：临床应重视精神药物引起的不良反应，须定期监测、及时上报，可为临床治疗提供参考，以期减少或避免药品不良反应的发生。

Analysis of 88 ADR cases reported of Psychotropic substances in our hospital

Objective：To investigate the characteristics and causes of the adverse drug reaction （ADR） occurred in our hospi- tal, so as to provide references for clinical use of drugs, nethods：$8 ADR cases collected from our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of different factor of ADR. Results： In the total 88 ADR cases, 20 were male and 68 were female; patients aged 31 to 50 oc- cupied great proportion （54.55%） ; Nervous system was involved the most; Risperidone was the main drug to cause ADR, is about 39 patients （44.32%）. Conclusions： Great importance should be attached to ADR reporting and monitoring caused by psychotropic sub- stances to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs in the clinic.
