输尿管末端囊肿的超声诊断价值

目的：应用超声仪器诊断输尿管末端囊肿并对其进行临床分析，探讨早期诊断的价值。方法：分析经手术、病理证实的输尿管囊肿的超声表现特点，对其超声表现和手术观察作对照分析。结果：经手术和病理证实，超声对30例输尿管囊肿做出正确诊断，其中双侧5例，单侧囊肿25例，囊肿直径为0．4～4．2cm，超声诊断符合率为93．8％（32／35个）。单纯型22例，异位型8例，输尿管囊肿的大小与临床症状无明显关系，与肾积水程度无明显关系。结论：超声检查能准确地诊断输尿管囊肿，判断其大小、位置及形态变化，有便捷、快速、重复性好、无创等优点，并对临床手术方案的选择提供较大的指导价值，可作为输尿管囊肿检查的首选方法。

The clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis for ureterocele

Objective： To evaluate the clinic value of characteristics and imaging examination for patients with hyterotopia Uret- erocele. Methods：30 cases of ureterocele with diagnosis were included the study, all patients confirmed by surgical and pathological examination, clinical diagnosis and imaging feature with ureterocele were analyzed. Results： All ultrasound diagnosis of 30 cases were exactly correct, with 5 cases of both sides 25 cases of single side, and the diameter of ureterocele was between 0.8 and 4.6mm. The accurate rate in diagnosis by uhrasonography was 96.8% （32/35）, Simple ureterocele were 22 cases, ectopic type were 8. ectopic type were depended on imaging changes or clinic examination to diagnose , there was no obvious correlation between the clinical symp- tom and the size of ureterocele. Conclusions： Accusative diagnosis of ureterocele can be got by ultrasound check, with the advantages of convenience, fast diagnosis, possibility of repeated and noninvasive, and provided guidance value for operative procedures . It can be the first choice for the diagnosis of ureterocele in clinic.
