CYFRA21-1检测在实体恶性肿瘤诊断及疗效监测的价值

目的探讨血清CYFRA21-1检测对来源于上皮细胞的实体恶性肿瘤诊断及疗效监测的临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法分别测定365例实体恶性肿瘤患者治疗前、316例实体恶性肿瘤患者治疗后血清CYERA21-1值,与正常对照组及良性上皮肿瘤组进行比较。结果实体恶性肿瘤患者血清CYFRA21-1水平及阳性率均明显高于正常对照组及良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。实体恶性肿瘤患者治疗后血清CYFRA21-1水平及阳性率明显低于治疗前。结论血清CYFRA21-1检测对来源于上皮细胞的实体恶性肿瘤诊断及疗效监测具有较好的临床应用价值。

The Significance of Serum CYFRA21-1 Detection in the Diagnosis and Curative Effect Survey for Carcinoma Patients

Objective To explore the significance of serum C YFRA21-1 detection in the diagnosis and curative effect survey for malignant tu mors developing from the epithelial cell.Methods Techniqu e of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the serum CYFRA21 -1 level in un-treated (365 cases) or treated (316 cases) patients with malig nant tumors,as well as normal controls and benign tumors patients.Comparison was performed between the four groups.Results The level and the positive rate of serum CYFRA21-1 in malignant tumors patients were signific antly higher than that of normal controls and benign tumors patients (P<0.0 5).In malignant tumors patients,the serum CYFRA21-1 level and the positive rate in the treated were much lower than that in the un-treated.Conclusi on There is specifically clinical application value of serum CYFRA21 -1 detection in the diagnosis and curative effect survey for malignant tumors d eveloping from the epithelial cell.
