扶正固本治则对晚期胃癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群影响的临床研究

目的:观察扶正固本法治疗对晚期胃癌患者的疗效和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,探讨扶正固本治则治疗晚期胃癌的机理。方法:60例晚期胃癌患者,随机分为2组,治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组予以常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在常规对症支持治疗基础上,加服扶正固本方汤剂。观察治疗前后症状体征的变化及T细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗组纳差、乏力等症状积分差值与对照组比较有显著差异(P0.05);上腹痛、消瘦等症状治疗前后的积分差值,两组对比无差异(P0.05);两组治疗前CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+均无显著差异(P0.05);治疗后治疗组的CD8+与对照组比较无显著差异,CD4+及CD4+/CD8+较对照组有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:扶正固本方有提高晚期胃癌患者机体免疫功能的作用。

ClinicalStudy on Effects of Fuzh en Guben Treatment Rule on T Lymphocyte Subsets of Advanced Gastric Cancer Patients

Objective：Through the use of Fuzheng guben method in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients, to observe the curative effect and influence on T lymphocyte subsets , explore the mechanism of ＆quot;Fuzheng Guben＆quot;therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer .Methods： 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group was given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment , the treatment group was given Fuzheng guben decoction based on conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment , the changes of symptoms signs and T lymphocyte subsets wese observed .Results： In treatment group,anorexia, fatigue and other symp-toms integral was difference to compare with the control group （ P〈0.05 ）;before and after treatment upper ab-dominal pain , weight loss and other symptoms integral was no difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） . There were no difference between the two groups on CD 4＋,CD8 ＋and CD4＋/CD8＋changes before treated ,there were significant difference on CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋（P〈0.05）after treated,CD8 ＋change was no obvious.Con-clusion：Fuzheng guben decoction can inhance the immunologic function of advanced gastric carcer patients .
