痰热清注射液对晚期肺癌合并肺部感染患者疗效分析

目的:探讨痰热清注射液在晚期肺癌合并肺部感染患者中的治疗效果。方法:112例晚期肺癌合并肺部感染患者随机分为观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=56),对照组根据痰培养药敏试验选取敏感抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组咳嗽、发热持续时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P0.01),同时观察组总有效率为89.3%(50/56),显著高于对照组的67.9%(38/56)(P0.01)。结论:在敏感抗生素治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液能够快速缓解患者的咳嗽、发热症状,有利于病情恢复,节省了不必要的费用。

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Tanreqing Injection in Advanced Lung Cancer Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of Tanreqing Injection in advanced lung cancerpatients with pulmonary infection. Methods： 112 advanced lung cancer patients with pulmonary infectionwere randomly divided into the observation group （ n=56 ） and the control group （ n=56 ）. The control groupwas treated with sensitive antibiotics selected according to the sputum culture and drug susceptibility testresults and the observation group was treated with Tanreqing Injection based on the control group, and thenthe clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results ： The duration of cough and fever, lengthof hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P〈0.01 ）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.3% （50/56）, significantly higher than 67.9%（ 38/56 ） in the control group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The application of Tanreqing Injection based on thesensitive antibiotic can relieve cough and fever symptoms quickly, help the disease to recover, and can saveunnecessary costs.
