| 摘 要： | 目的:心宝丸治疗缓慢性心律失常临床疗效及安全性的荟萃分析。方法:检索网络数据库包括中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)、Pubmed、Cochrane,2名研究人员独立检索并提取相关资料。检索时间为建库至2012年7月,运用Review Manager5.1软件进行荟萃分析。结果:共纳入4篇文献,255名缓慢性心律失常患者,荟萃分析结果OR=2.5795%CI(1.25,5.25)]显示试验组与对照组在疗效方面有统计学意义。结论:心宝丸治疗缓慢性心律失常临床疗效明显优于常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinbao Pill in the treatment ofbradyarrhythmia. Methods： We retrieved the network database, including CNKI, CBM, VIP, WANFANGDATA, Pubmed, Cochrane. In accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine, we evaluatedthe quality of the literature. Meta-analysis of literature data was carried out by using Review Manager 5.1software. Results ： There were a total of 4 studies, 255 with slow arrhythmias. The Meta-analysis resultsshowed that the clinical efficacy OR=2.57195%CI （ 1.25,5.25 ）]of Xinbao Pill and the control group hadsignificant difference. Conclusions：Xinbao Pill of bradyarrhythmia has good clinical efficacy and goodsafety. |
