| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医药治疗人流术后月经过少的临床疗效。方法:将50例月经过少患者给予自拟补肾汤加减治疗,采用自身前后对照法,观察治疗前后月经量、经期时间及子宫内膜厚度变化。结果:补肾汤加减可以明显增加子宫内膜厚度(P0.05),延长经期时间(P0.05),月经量明显增多。结论:中医药治疗人流术后月经过少临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To make the clinical observation of Chinese medicine for the treatment of menstruation after abortion. Methods ： 50 cases of oligomenorrhea were given Self-Made Tonifying Kidney Decoction. The control law itself changes before and after menstruation, menstrual period, and endometrial thickness were observed before and after treatment. Results ： Self-Made Tonifying Kidney Decoction can obviously increase the endometrial thickness （ P〈0.05 ）, extend the period of time （ P〈0.05 ）, and significantly increase the amount of menses. Conclusion ： The clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of menstruation after abortion was obvious. |
