摘    要:目的:对槐米(Sophora japonica L.)70%乙醇提取物化学成分进行研究,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据。方法:采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱法等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从槐米(Sophora japonica L.)70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了5个单体成分,分别为:(1)licoagroside B、(2)maltol 3-O-(4'-O-p-coumaroyl-6'-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl))-β-glucopyranoside、(3)(E,E)-terrestribisamide、(4)N-p-coumaroylN'-feruloylputrescine、(5)(1'R,3'S,5'R,8'S,2Z,4E)-dihydrophaseic acid。结论:化合物1、3~5为首次从槐属植物中分离得到的化合物。

Abstract:Objective : To study the chemical constituents from 70% EtOH extract of Flos Sophorae. Methods : The compounds were isolated by chromatographies, such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, and identified by the chemical and physical methods, especially spectral analysis. Results: Five constituents were isolated. The structures of them were identified as ( 1 ) licoagroside B, ( 2 ) mahol 3-0- ( 4'-O-p-coumaroyl-6'-O- ( 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl ) ) - β -glucopyranoside, ( 3 ) ( E, E ) -terrestribisamide, ( 4 ) N-p-coumaroyl-N'-feruloylputreseine, ( 5 ) ( 1 'R, 3'S, 5'R, 8'S, 2Z, 4E ) - dihydrophaseic acid. Conclusions : Compounds 1 and 3,4,5 were isolated from Sophorae genus firstly.
