摘    要:
目的研究碳酸氢钠溶液对人牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法取制备好的釉质标本40块,随机分成4组,每组10块,设置实验组3组与对照组进行矿化及抗酸实验,分别测定矿化实验及抗酸实验前后各组釉质表面显微硬度值,比较实验前后各组标本显微硬度值的变化。结果矿化实验后,3组实验组釉质标本表面显微硬度值均较实验前显著升高(P〈0.01),对照组硬度值较实验前略有下降,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。抗酸实验后,实验组和对照组显微硬度值均下降,混合矿化液组下降程度显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01);氟化钠矿化液组与碳酸氢钠矿化液组的下降程度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论碳酸氢钠溶液可增加釉质抗酸性,且能协同氟化物增强其抗酸能力。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium bicarbonate solution on the acid resistance of human enamel. Methods Fourty enamel specimens were selected and divided randomly into four groups specimens in which were exposed to three kinds of chamicals and double-distilled water respectively. The hardness of the surface of of each sample was measured with microhardness tester before and after mineral solution immersion and antifical cavity tests. The differences between preexperiment and postex- periment were compared. Results After three mineral solutions were applied and the hardness of the enamel surface were increased. The difference between preexperiment and postexperiment was significant (P 〈0.01). After artificial cavity formation test, the hardness in the experimental groups and control group was decreased. The decreased rate of the hardness of mixed mineral solution group is significantly greater than that in the other groups(P 〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference between NaF group and NaHCO3 group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There is certain acid-resistant effect by using sodium bicarbonate to pretreat the dental enamel. The anticavities effect of fluoride may increase when combined with bicarbonate.
