系统康复干预对全膝关节置换术后患者生活质量的影响

目的对比分析系统康复干预对全膝关节置换术后患者生活质量的影响。方法应用简明健康调查量表（SF-36）问卷,对因膝关节骨关节病在该院骨科行全膝关节置换术常规治疗后,接受系统康复训练的患者（治疗组,32例）与未接受系统康复训练的患者（对照组,32例）进行回访,评定其生活质量。结果两组患者在SF-36量表的8个维度评定中,治疗组在生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力及精神健康等5个维度方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在生理职能、社会功能及情感职能等3个维度方面的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论全膝关节置换术后系统康复干预能更好地提高患者的生活质量。

Intervention of System Rehabilitation Effect on Patients' Quality of Life Following Total Knee Replacement

Objective To retrospectively analyze the system rehabilitation effect on patients＇quality of life following total knee replacement（TKR）. Methods Sixty-four cases with knee osteoarthritis（KOA） were adopted TKR in department of orthopaedics in our hospital. Among them,32 cases were treated by system rehabilitation instruction,and the others were not accepted rehabilitation therapy.All of the 64 cases were applied the medical outcomes study and 36-items were performed short-form health survey to evaluate their quality of life. Results The scores of the physical functioning,body pain,general health,vitality,and mental health of patients in the cure group and scores of 5 latitudes of SF-36 were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Whereas,the scores were not correlative with the role-physical,social function,and role-emotional（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The intervention of system rehabilitation instruction following TKR can preferably elevate their quality of life.
