蒙药嘎日迪对大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能修复的实验研究

目的：观察蒙药嘎日迪对大鼠肠粘膜屏障功能修复的影响。方法：SD大鼠48只,随机分对照组、模型组、嘎日迪组和阳性药物（柳氮磺吡啶片）组。连续喂养20天后,进行肠道细菌易位、血液流变学参数、血清内毒素含量、血清还原型谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及丙二醛含量等指标的测定。结果：与模型组比较,蒙药嘎日迪胶囊可有效降低肠道细菌易位率、血清内毒素、血清丙二醛含量以及血液流变参数（全血粘度、全血还原粘度和红细胞聚集指数）,升高血清还原型谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及血液流变参数（红细胞电泳指数）。结论：蒙药嘎日迪胶囊具有修复大鼠肠粘膜屏障功能损伤的作用。

Effect of Ga-ri-di capsule on intestinal mucosal barrier function in rats

Objective To observe the effect of Ga-ri-di capsule on gut barrier function in rats.Methods A total of 48 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group,model group,Ga-ri-di capsule group and positive group.After 20 days,these data(rate of gut bacterial translocation,hemorheological data,level of endotoxin,content of malonyldialdehyde,activation of reduced glutathione and superoxide dismutase were determined.Results The rate of bacterial translocation,level of endotoxin,content of malonyldialdehyde and hemorheological data(including blood viscosity,blood reduced viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation) were significantly lower in Ga-ri-di capsule group than in model group,but activation of reduced glutathione,superoxide dismutase and level of erythrocyte electrophoresis were signification higher in Ga-ri-di capsule group than in model group.Conclusion Ga-ri-di capsule is helpful to protect the gut barrier function of rats.
