| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针药结合治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效.方法:用针刺乳周及相关穴位配合中药乳癖消治疗乳腺增生症60例,和单纯口服乳癖消治疗60例进行比较.结果:前者治愈率41.7%,总有效率为95%,后者分别为18.3%和73.3%.两组有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.005).结论:针药结合治疗乳腺增生症效果优于单纯中药治疗.

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with TCM treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated with acupuncturing the points around the mammary glands and correlated points combined with Rupixiao,at the same time,60 patients were treated with Rupixiao singlely.Results:the former's curative rate is 41.7%,and the total effective rate is 95%,the latter's is 18.3% and 73.3%,there is significant difference between these two groups in the curative rate and the total effective rate( P <0.05).Conclusion:the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with TCM treating hyperplasia of mammary glands is superior to that of TCM.
