水蛭治疗儿童过敏性紫癜临床疗效观察

目的:观察水蛭治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将98例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组46例口服氯雷他定片、钙剂、维生素C片、芦丁片;治疗组52例在对照组用药基础上,加用水蛭粉口服治疗,观察临床疗效、症状消失时间以及治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的改变。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.2%,对照组为76.1%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组在皮肤、关节及消化道症状消失时间方面优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);应用水蛭治疗后,患儿的尿ALB和NAG均明显下降,与同组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:水蛭治疗小儿过敏性紫癜,可缩短病程、减轻并发症、防治肾脏损害,疗效满意。

Clinical effect observation of leeches in the treatment of children with allergic purpura

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of leeches in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods： 98 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group with 46 cases was given oral loratadine tablets,vitamin C tablets and rutin tablets;the treatment group with 52 patients,based on the previous medicine,was given oral leech powder,and the clinical efficacy,symptom disappearing time and urine albumin（ALB） and urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase（NAG） changes before and after the treatment were observed.Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.2% and that of the control group was 76.1%;the differences between 2 group were statistically significant（]P]0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the skin,joints and gastrointestinal symptoms,and duration;the differences between 2 group were statistically significant（]P]0.05）.After application of leech treatment,children＇s urinary ALB and NAG were significantly decreased;compared with that in the group before treatment and that of the control group after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant（]P]0.05）.Conclusion： Leeches,when used to treat children＇s allergic purpura,may shorten the course of the disease,reduce complications and prevent kidney damages,bearing satisfactory results.
